Fire Mission (November One)

First World War records go online The men and women called to serve their country in military duty are a source of pride to their families and to their nation. Now, with databases containing more than 16 million names and thousands of government records available to search, researching your veteran ancestors has become easier than ever before. Here

Below is a poem I wrote about the mass murder of the First World War

`Dead man eating`

A sea of cadavers
Bloating rotting
Like scum on a pond
Fingers poke through the soil
Gesturing you towards them
Hell on earth in France
Tommy chews on the frozen bread
Like an animal having its last oblivious meal
So hungry he swallows large chunks that tear his throat
Placing the ladder against the trench
Tommy smiles
He puts the dirty frozen bread in his pocket
In 15 minutes his pain will end
He knows it
The already dead soldier climbs the ladder
Soon to share his bread with his dead pals

Woolas: Troops in Afghanistan 'help control immigration' How foolish of me , I thought that the Socialists line was that our soldiers were being killed in Afghanistan to protect the UK from terrorism? This statement is doubly shameful and crass as the Socialists have admitted to deliberately flooding the UK with immigrants to force the population to accept multiculturalism. If Woolas is really that concerned about Asylum seekers then bring the troops home and use them to protect our borders.

Falklands role for coast-built planes I know they are good aircraft but is four enough? The Argentinean airforce is much stronger now than it was in 82. Yeah I’m sure it is!
