The bodies of three British soldiers killed in Afghanistan have been flown back to the UK

(L-R) Lance Corporals Pritchard, Roney and Brown

The bodies of three British soldiers killed in Afghanistan - two in suspected "friendly fire" incidents - have been flown back to the UK.Lance Corporals Michael Pritchard, of the 4th Regiment, Royal Military Police, Christopher Roney, of 3rd Battalion The Rifles, and Tommy Brown, of the Parachute Regiment, arrived at RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire. A private ceremony was held at the base's chapel before the cortege passed through the town of Wootton Bassett as crowds paid their now-traditional tribute. Read It Here
When your complaining about the snow & ice and how you have heart burn after eating too many mince pies, give these brave soldiers a thought, RIP

With proud thanksgiving, a mother for her children,
Britain mourns for her dead across the sea.
Flesh of her flesh they were, spirit of her spirit,
Fallen in the cause of the free.

Gordon Browns new Address

I Came across this unusual street sign whilst out walking the other day and I thought that it would be a perfect street for Gordon Brown or any of the Socialist Traitors to live, come to think of it , the whole of Westminster. This is a genuine sign not photoshop.

C4 bosses spark fury by asking wounded troops to appear on Big Brother

The award for season of crass will must go to the producers of the worst car crash TV to pollute our screens in a generation Big Brother I have no doubt that the far left producers will have been over the moon at the prospect of parading injured servicemen on our screens. Don’t get me wrong some of these men would be capable of carrying out the mind numbingly boring games thrown at them. Some would consider any financial reasons enough motivation, but that’s not the point. Having seen in the past the collection of misfits Channel 4 have forced together I would not be surprised if the house would be loaded with Islamic extremists. Our ex soldiers would be forced to explain why they were sent to War in the first place, which would undoubtedly lead to friction. I don’t suppose the producers have taken into account the mental health of these badly injured young men. Maybe to balance things they might throw in a failed Conservative MP who had be involved in the expenses scandal? Or more likely a Jewish person. Its just wrong on so many levels, which would make it so right for Channel 4 and its zombie viewers. Imagine if the Taliban `Housemates` take control of the house and we get to see Davina McCall in a Orange suit, with the rest of the producers. Viewers have to call in and choose which contestant has their heads removed with a blunt kitchen knife from the canteen. Now perhaps that format would get more viewers than Strictly Come Dancing.
